Long Day...

You know you've had a long day when you put something in the oven and look at the time so you know about when it should be ready...400... Then you peel and dice potatoes to start cooking and then you surf the internet some (who knows how long you were doing that) then you go back to the oven to check the time and it says it's still 400! What still 400??? That's when you realize you got home after five and it's your oven temperature that you were looking at the whole time!!!

Hope I can tell when it's done by the wonderful aroma or we will be eating raw or dry meatloaf!!! LOL
